The controller was shipped right away, and worked with no issues.

The 8 (?) pages of documentation was kind of hard to follow (not clear when one section ended, and next starts) but after working thru the confusion I got it.

I ordered a Quadrafire Control Box online, paid standard shipping rate for UPS ground which was around $6 and the part was on my door step in less then 24 hours. I would definitely recommend stove world!

Great Price. Fast shipping. But then again, I didn't realize that the seller was PTP. Only 2 or 3 towns away from me! If you guys offer the online pricing in store, I will be sure to get more parts for my Quadrafire from you.

Work's GREAT, had lot's of good information in the paperwork. Very easy to install and understand. This replaced our control box on our 2004 Sante Fe. Got here in a week. We did find that we needed a new Thermocoupler as well, the new box actually let you know that with an amber flashing light.When we tested it sure enough it was bad. Probably didn't really need the new control box but glad we replaced it since the other one was 13 year's old, sure it would be going out in no time. Will continue to buy from Stove World, Best price's. Still need a new Firepot, didn't see one on the site for the Santa Fe. Thank -you for a Great product and instructions.
