I ordered the wrong convection fan from the website. Called Stove World and ordered the correct one shipped the wrong one back and my account was credited three days later. Very Helpful friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. I rebuilt a first generation Quadra fire CB 1200 with parts from Stove World couldn't be happier
