We are from canada and we wanted to purchase a new baffle for our wood stove, but stoveworld doesn't ship to Canada. So we got it shipped to the closest UPS Store and picked it up in Ogdensburg, NY. No issues crossing the border and at the UPS Store. It was too easy. Great price, the only complaint is that it said it "usually ships in 1 to 2 days" The baffle was not shipped until the 5th day, which then took 2 more days to arrive at UPS. The baffle was in stock, so not sure why it took so long to ship. Anyway, we have our baffle and the house is nice and warm.
