My experience was nothing short of fantastic. The items I purchased were for an older Jotul stove which I easily found on their website being somewhat of a disbeliever I decided to telephone and verify my findings. The person who assisted me was well informed and courteous. I placed my order that afternoon from the website, and to my astonishment the full delivery was received (3 states away) in tact and as described the following afternoon .
Great service, and I will not hesitate to continue doing business with them again
